This Senedd:
1. Notes the historic ties between the Armenian people and Wales.
2. Expresses concern at the recent escalation of hostilities by the Azerbaijani military in the Nagorno-Karabakh region.
3. Condemns the Azerbaijani blockade of the Lachin corridor in violation of international law, which has precipitated a humanitarian crisis in the region.
4. Hopes that the current negotiations between Azerbaijan and the Artsakh republic lead to a peaceful resolution of the crisis and that the rights of the Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh are fully respected in accordance with UN law.
