OPIN-2023-0343 Recognising cashless does not work for everyone (e) Tabled on 26/04/2023

This Senedd:

1. Recognises the concern from the public surrounding cashless business models and how they fail to be inclusive of people with learning disabilities.

2. Recognises that many people with learning disabilities rely on cash, as they do not have access to a debit card.

3. Calls on the Welsh Government to encourage inclusivity in all business models.

4. Calls on the Welsh Government to ensure that all support for both businesses and individuals is clearly signposted and promoted in the name of equality and transparency.
