This Senedd:

1. Notes that 21 June 2022 is MND Awareness Day.

2. Welcomes the appointment of a research lead for neurological conditions.

3. Calls on the Welsh Government to continue to improve support services for those with MND, including:

a) introducing a fast-track, non-means tested housing adaptations process for those with MND;

b) boosting research funding to advance new treatments;

c) enhancing the accessibility of care services to provide wrap-around support to those with MND and their families;

d) investing in a specific lead consultant neurologist for MND with a care and research remit.
