This Senedd:
1. Notes:
a) that 18 February is International Care Day.
b) that the Welsh Government is bringing forward a number of initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for care experienced children and young people.
c) the importance of ensuring that care experienced children and young people can play a full part in their communities.
2. Calls on the Welsh Government to ensure:
a) that the voices of care experienced children and young people are heard and acted upon in shaping and delivering reforms.
b) that these initiatives are effectively co-ordinated and fully resourced so as to deliver the radical reform of services needed.
