National Assembly for Wales

This Senedd:

1. Notes that this year marks five years since the 72 lives were lost in the fire at Grenfell Tower.

2. Expresses concern that people continue to live in potentially unsafe homes.

3. Recognises the progress of the Welsh Building Safety Fund and Welsh Building Safety Passport Scheme to identify those buildings affected.

4. Calls on the Welsh Government to publish timescales and urgently bring forward the next phase of financial support for leaseholders to prevent escalating bills.
