National Assembly for Wales

This Senedd:

a) congratulates the Wales Air Ambulance on the occasion of its 20th Anniversary on 1 March 2021;

b) thanks its staff, volunteers, medics and pilots - past and present, and the people of Wales for creating the largest air ambulance operation in the UK and one of the most medically advanced in Europe;

c) recognises that the vital lifesaving service now operates 24/7 and the charity needs to raise £8 million every year to keep the helicopters flying; and

d) encourages the people of Wales to mark the charity's anniversary by supporting their My20 fundraising event.
