Will the Cabinet Secretary provide an update on the timeline for the devolution of probation services to Wales?

Our ultimate objective is the devolution of policing and justice in its entirety, including probation services.

We are starting devolution of probation services with a Memorandum of Understanding on co-commissioning services, similar to Greater Manchester. We aim to have this in place by spring next year.

How is the Welsh Government reducing barriers to enable disabled people to live independently?

We continue to work with disabled people to remove barriers and make Wales a better place to live. The draft Disabled Peoples Rights Plan seeks to create lasting positive change, putting the Social Model of Disability at the heart of our ambition for Wales.

What discussions has the Cabinet Secretary had with the Cabinet Secretary for Climate Charge and Rural Affairs to ensure that social justice is promoted by supporting work preparing for, and recovery following, floods in communities with high levels of poverty?

Welsh Government remain vigilant to all flood risks. Working with key partners such as Risk Management Authorities, Emergency Services and local resilience fora, we are focussed on helping our responders support the most vulnerable in our society who will feel the impacts of emergencies, such as flooding, most profoundly.

The Welsh government is investing in employability and skills development through programmes such as Jobs Growth Wales+, Communities for Work, the Young Person’s Guarantee, Trailblazers, and Education Maintenance Allowance to address the underlying causes of child poverty and build long-term economic resilience.

How the Welsh Government is supporting the armed forces community?

Welsh Government supports a range of services for the Armed Forces community. This includes funding specific mental health support via Veterans NHS Wales, working with partners to deliver jobs fairs and embedding the Armed Forces Covenant via our Armed Forces Liaison Officers.

What is the Welsh Government doing to ensure that train stations are fully accessible?

Transport for Wales has delivered major accessibility upgrades across the Core Valley Lines network as part of our over £1bn investment. This is boosted by our £800m investment in new trains which offer improved accessibility features for passengers.

What progress has the Welsh Government’s made in reviewing and reforming home-to-school transport arrangements in North Wales?

A Learner Travel Summit was held in May this year, and consultation on the revised draft guidance opened in June. We have extended the consultation to ensure as many voices as possible can be heard. I encourage you all to respond before the consultation closes on 28 November.
