I have not made any assessment of the number of seafarer jobs supported by the ferry services from ports in Wales. The Welsh maritime sector is a extremely valuable contributor to the Welsh economy, supporting over 31,000 jobs and contributing £900 million in gross value added to the economy.

We also maintain strong relationships with existing investors, providing support to ensure their continued presence and growth within Wales.
