What assessment has the First Minister made of the impact of the single-person council tax discount on household budgets in Wales?

The single person discount reduces council tax bills for 0.5 million households in Wales and is an important source of support for many people who may be struggling. There are no plans to reduce or remove this discount.

Will the First Minister make a statement on the delivery of health services in Powys?

Health boards are responsible for the planning and delivery of safe, quality healthcare services on behalf of their local population. There are established procedures for handling proposals for changes to the delivery of local services, including engagement with local communities and Llais. Boards will need to make some difficult decisions for the future.

The number of children living in relative income poverty after housing costs in Wales was 190,000 for the period between financial year ending 2021 and financial year ending 2023.
