Will the First Minister make a statement on recycling rates in Vale of Clwyd?

I welcome the current introduction by Denbighshire of their new recycling service. This should put them in a good position to achieve the 70% minimum target which begins this financial year. I also thank them for their contribution to Wales now being second in the world for municipal recycling.

What steps is the Welsh Government taking towards the devolution of powers regarding assisted dying to Wales?

Welsh Government does not have plans to seek devolution of powers for assisted dying. This is a complex issue with moral and legal considerations, and we have agreed with the UK Government a neutral position. We continue working with the NHS in Wales to provide high-quality end-of-life care and support to people.
