Bore da. A gaf i groesawu pawb i gyfarfod cyntaf Pwyllgor yr Economi, Masnach a Materion Gwledig y chweched Senedd? Yn unol â Rheol Sefydlog 34.19, dwi wedi penderfynu y caiff y cyhoedd eu gwahardd o gyfarfod y pwyllgor er mwyn diogelu iechyd y cyhoedd. Bydd y cyfarfod hwn yn cael ei ddarlledu'n fyw ar www.senedd.tv. Dŷn ni ddim wedi cael gwybod am unrhyw ymddiheuriadau ar gyfer cyfarfod heddiw. Mae'r pwyllgor hefyd wedi cytuno, os byddaf yn cael unrhyw broblemau technegol, y bydd Hefin David yn cadeirio'r cyfarfod dros dro nes y gallaf ailddechrau cadeirio.

A gaf fi nawr wahodd Aelodau i ddatgan unrhyw fuddiannau? Oes unrhyw fuddiannau gyda Aelodau licen nhw eu gwneud? Nac oes. Dyna ni. Diolch yn fawr iawn.

A very good morning to you. May I welcome everyone to this first meeting of the sixth Senedd's Economy, Trade and Rural Affairs Committee? In accordance with Standing Order 34.19, I have determined that the public are excluded from the committee's meeting in order to protect public heath. The meeting however will be broadcast on www.senedd.tv. We've not received any apologies for today's meeting. The committee has agreed that, if I have any technical issues, Hefin David will temporarily chair the meeting until I can resume chairing.

May I now invite Members to make any declarations of interest? Any declarations of interest from any Members? None. Excellent. Thank you.

2. Cylch gwaith y pwyllgor
2. Committee remit

We move on to item 2 on today's agenda, and that's to do with the committee remit. A paper has already been circulated to Members with regard to committee remit, so I want to invite Members to note the paper outlining the remit. Are there any issues, any comments, any observations that Members would like to make with regard to that particular paper? No. Okay. Thank you very much.

3. Papurau i'w nodi
3. Papers to note

Moving on, then, to item 3, we have a number of papers to note. I would invite Members to note the following papers: papers 3.1 to 3.4 are relevant to this committee deciding its ways of working, strategic direction and future priorities, and papers 3.5 to 3.8 are responses from the previous Welsh Government to reports and correspondence of fifth Senedd committees. I know that these were sent to committee clerks during the dissolution period and are relevant, of course, to our committee's remit. And paper 3.9 is a letter from the Minister about regulations to be laid before the UK Parliament on 8 July, under the negative procedure. Are there any issues, any observations or comments Members would like to make with regard to these papers? No. Everybody content to note these papers? Thank you very much.
