To propose that the Senedd:

1. Believes that the Welsh Government’s proposals for the relief of congestion on the M4 around Newport are inadequate.

2. Calls on the Welsh Government to:

a) rule out junction closures; and

b) begin work on an appropriate relief road for the M4.
