1. Notes the recent rise in convictions for offences relating to sexual exploitation by grooming gangs in Wales.
2. Believes that all Welsh victims of sexual exploitation by grooming gangs deserve justice.
3. Calls on the UK Government to ensure that Wales is investigated at the earliest opportunity as part of the Statutory Independent Inquiry into Grooming Gangs.
