Agrees that the Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Bill should proceed as a Consolidation Bill.
The Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Bill and Explanatory Memorandum were laid before the Senedd on 15 September 2025; the report of the Legislation, Justice and Constitution Committee on the Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Bill was laid before the Senedd on 28 November 2025.
