Agrees to the general principles of the Building Safety (Wales) Bill.
The Building Safety (Wales) Bill and Explanatory Memorandum were laid before the Senedd on 7 July 2025; the report of the Local Government and Housing Committee on the Building Safety (Wales) Bill was laid before the Senedd on 28 November 2025.
