To propose that the Senedd:

1. Notes a proposal for a Bill to regulate the holiday caravan letting industry.

2. Notes that the purpose of the Bill would be to:

a) introduce a licencing scheme which sets the standards that caravan site owners and agents have to adhere to;

b) ensure that caravan letting agreements are transparent, legal and compliant with competition rules; and

c) provide clarity to caravan owners and tenants on dispute resolution mechanisms.
