To propose that the Senedd:

1. Notes a proposal for a Bill to alter the planning process so there would be a presumption against approving quarry developments in close proximity to homes and community facilities.

2. Notes that the purpose of the Bill would be to require the planning process to ensure that no quarry development impacts on public health nor the environment.
