To propose that Senedd Cymru, in accordance with Standing Order 26.11:

Agrees to the general principles of the Environment (Air Quality and Soundscapes) (Wales) Bill.

The Environment (Air Quality and Soundscapes) (Wales) Bill and Explanatory Memorandum were laid before the Senedd on 20 March 2023.

The report of the Climate Change, Environment and Infrastructure Committee on the Environment (Air Quality and Soundscapes) (Wales) Bill was laid before the Senedd on 14 July 2023.
