Tabled on 27/06/2023 | For debate on 04/07/2023To propose that the Senedd, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6, agrees that provisions in the Procurement Bill relating to debarment investigations, national security debarments, exclusions and other technical amendments, in so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the Senedd, should be considered by the UK Parliament.
A Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum was laid in Table Office on 21 June 2023 in accordance with Standing Order 29.2.
