Add as new point at end of motion:
Believes that the Welsh Government's draft budget 2021-22 should be reconfigured in the Welsh and British national interest by:
a) rapidly repairing the colossal damage to individuals, families, businesses and public services caused by government lockdowns;
b) rejecting the globalist "build back better" agenda which will result in Welsh individuals, families and businesses:
i) suffering higher taxes and fuel poverty; and
ii) paying massive subsidies to inefficient "green energy" developers;
c) removing from it any parts that further another recent globalist agenda called the "fourth industrial revolution".

Add as new point at end of motion:
Calls on the Welsh Government to ensure that the unallocated fiscal resource in the draft 2021-22 budget is used in the final budget for 2021-22 to expand free school meal eligibility criteria to include all children in families in receipt of universal credit or equivalent benefit and any child in a family with no recourse to public funds.
