Further notes the lack of the following in the Children Commissioner for Wales's report:
a) attention to Article 9 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child;
b) consideration of the emotional abuse of children;
c) focus on the coercive control of children by parents;
d) promoting looked after children's right to independent advocacy.
