National Assembly for Wales

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 26.11:

Agrees to the general principles of the Abolition of the Right to Buy and Associated Rights (Wales) Bill.

The Abolition of the Right to Buy and Associated Rights (Wales) Bill and Explanatory Memorandum were laid before the Assembly on 13 March 2017.

The report by the Equality, Local Government and Communities Committee on the Abolition of the Right to Buy and Associated Rights (Wales) Bill was laid before the Assembly on 7 July 2017.
