National Assembly for Wales

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 26.11:

Agrees to the general principles of the Landfill Disposals Tax (Wales) Bill.
 
The Landfill Disposals Tax (Wales) Bill and Explanatory Memorandum were laid before the Assembly on 28 November 2016.

The report of the Finance Committee on the Landfill Disposals Tax (Wales) Bill was laid before the Assembly on 10 March 2017.
