Welcome, Members and the public, to this meeting of the Early Years, Children, Young People and Education Committee. This is our second meeting of the seventh Senedd. We'll go straight into item 1, which is introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest. Note, please, that the public items of the meeting are being broadcast live on Senedd.tv and there will be a record of the proceedings published as usual. This is a fully bilingual meeting and simultaneous interpretation, as you see, is available from Welsh to English. We have had one apology, from Claire Johnson-Wood. Okay. We'll move on to papers to note, item 2. You'll see that we have received 12 papers to note today. The purpose of this item is to note any relevant papers that have come to hand since we last met. These are letters from the committee and to us normally. However, they can also include any other relevant written information that we've received. You will see that we have several letters that are for information only. All of the papers to note are published as part of the committee papers and they are available for the public to view on our website. So, can I ask you to note the 12 papers, please, which are listed on the agenda and are included in your pack? Is everyone happy to note those papers? Can I ask—? Lynne, thank you.
Yes, happy to note, I just want to place on record how concerned I am about the letters regarding further education funding and the pressures there. Hopefully, we'll have the opportunity to discuss that later in the meeting.
