Prynhawn da. Good afternoon, everybody. Apologies have been received from Adam Price, but Luke Fletcher is attending in place of Adam. Can I welcome people to the meeting? I remind you that the audio, video and translation will be tested during the pre-meeting—it has been done—and the sound operator will control the microphones during the meeting. On 18 October 2021, under Standing Order 17.22, the committee agreed to elect Alun Davies to act as temporary Chair in the event of a technical disruption affecting the Chair. We are now ready to begin. Welcome to the virtual meeting of the Legislation, Justice and Constitution Committee. I'll just remind you that it'll be broadcast live on Senedd.tv. We've already done the apologies, we've already done the housekeeping, so we go on to item 2.
