Good morning. Can I welcome members of the committee and the public to this morning's meeting of the Reform Bill Committee? We are here this morning to do some work and discuss our forward work programme in relation to a second Bill that will be coming towards us. Before we do that, can I just go through some housekeeping? We have not received apologies, and I'm pleased to see you're all with us. We are operating in hybrid. I remind everyone that the public section is broadcast live on Senedd.tv, and a transcript of the proceedings will be published in the usual way. We do operate bilingually and therefore if simultaneous translation is required, please ensure, if you are on Zoom, that you have set the interpretation to English for Welsh-to-English simultaneous translation. For those in the room, there is no scheduled fire alarm, but if one does take place, please ensure we leave in an orderly manner by the directions of the ushers.
We now move on to item 2, papers to note. Members will have received these papers in readiness for the Stage 1 debate, but we will now need to officially note them. They are the response from the Standards of Conduct Committee regarding the Stage 1 report, the response from the Business Committee regarding the Stage 1 report, the response from the Senedd Commission regarding the Stage 1 report, the response from the Independent Remuneration Board of the Senedd regarding the Stage 1 report, the response from the Counsel General and Minister for Constitution regarding the Stage 1 report, and a second response from the Counsel General and Minister for the Constitution regarding the Stage 1 report. All those responses were in relation to the Senedd Cymru (Members and Elections) Bill. Are Members content to note those papers? I see they are.

Cynigiwyd y cynnig.
Motion moved.
We now move on to item 3, which is a motion under Standing Order 17.42(ix) to exclude the public for the remainder of this morning's meeting and for item 1 of the meeting scheduled for 13 March 2024. Derbyniwyd y cynnig.
