Good morning. Welcome to the Wales COVID-19 Inquiry Special Purpose Committee. Can I welcome all Members to the meeting and apologise for the delayed start due to some technical problems? We've had one apology for absence from Jack Sargeant, and I don't think that there are any other apologies, as all Members are present. But can I ask if any Members have any declarations of interest that they wish to declare? No. Okay, then.

2. Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting and the following committee meetings: 26 September, 17 October, 7 November and 14 November

Cynnig:

bod y pwyllgor yn penderfynu gwahardd y cyhoedd o weddill y cyfarfod, ac o'r cyfarfodydd ar 26 Medi, 17 Hydref, 7 Tachwedd a 14 Tachwedd, yn unol â Rheol Sefydlog 17.42(ix).

Motion:

that the committee resolves to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting, and from the meetings on 26 September, 17 October, 7 November and 14 November, in accordance with Standing Order 17.42(ix).

We move to item 2, and item 2 is the motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting and the following committee meetings: 26 September, 17 October, 7 November and 14 November. So, I propose, in accordance with Standing Order 17.42, that the committee resolves to meet in private for the remainder of today's meeting and the aforementioned meetings. Are all Members content? Okay. We'll just wait.
