Prynhawn da. Welcome to the Equality and Social Justice Committee. All Members are present. I've received no apologies.
There are 10 papers to note. I just wonder if Members are content to agree all these papers to note, including the one on my reply to the finance Chair on the budget. Sarah Murphy.
Thank you, Chair. I just wanted to talk about the response from the Welsh Government Minister about the women in prison report and looking at what has been accepted and what has been accepted in principle, and I just wanted to raise a few things. So, in terms of recommendation 13, it would be really good to have a further update on the outcomes of the pre-sentence report pilot. In terms of recommendation 12, I would ask that we ask for proof that the information about how prisoners can get in touch with their local representatives is provided to us, as well, by His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service. And also, when it comes to recommendation 15, if we can have further information about the Rehab Cymru framework. And also, I believe that the issue with this is not just about the pathway for women coming out of prison to be able to access rehab facilities, but it is also about the funding and who funds that, because we know that women in England have access to funding and women from Wales do not. So, if we could have further information about how that is being funded.
Okay. All those are extremely valid points. Bear in mind that there will be a public debate in the Senedd on this, and the date has been confirmed as 24 May. So, we'll endeavour to get some clarification on the issues you have raised. Does anybody else wish to raise any matters, either on this report or any of the other reports that we're about to hopefully agree to note? I can't see anybody else, so can we agree to note all those papers, including the one that was sent round in a supplementary circulation? Thank you very much.
