May I welcome you all this morning to the second meeting of the Economy, Energy and Connectivity Committee? It's a pleasure to welcome members of the public here today. This meeting is being broadcast live on Senedd.tv. It will be a bilingual meeting and, therefore, you can use English or Welsh. Are there any apologies?

Mae'r rhan fwyaf o'r sesiwn yma i nodi papurau rydyn ni wedi eu derbyn, felly af i drwyddyn nhw a'u nodi'n unigol. Os yw unrhyw un eisiau tynnu sylw at rywbeth yn arbennig, gallwch chi dynnu sylw at hynny. Felly, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3.
The majority of this session is to note papers that we have received, so I will go through them individually. If anyone wants to draw attention to anything in particular, you can do so. So, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3.
Chair, it was just quickly that I wanted to note the disappointment in the delay that we're still seeing from National Grid. Their hold-up is holding up over £1 billion-worth of public funding for Port Talbot, so I'd just be really interested to get a further update from National Grid towards the end of the year, and to note the disappointment still in that they're not able to get that work done.

Diolch yn fawr iawn. Eitemau 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12. Rŵan, efo 2.12, mae yna fater lle, o fynd trwy'r dogfennau, mae'n amlwg bod yna'n dal cwestiwn o ran clarity a chysondeb, i ddweud y gwir, o ran y berthynas efo Cymru, o ran rheilffyrdd. Mae hi'n sefyllfa gymhleth iawn, ac felly yr awgrym ydy ein bod ni yn ysgrifennu at Lywodraeth San Steffan i amlygu, efallai, rai o'r pryderon a materion hynny unwaith eto er, ar ddiwedd y dydd, lles trigolion Cymru yn ogystal â hwyluso'r broses maes o law.
Thank you very much. Items 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12. Now, with 2.12, there is an issue there where, in going through the documents, it's apparent that there are still questions of clarity and consistency in terms of the relationship with Wales on railways. It's a very complex situation, so I suggest that we write to the Westminster Government to emphasise some of our concerns with regard to those issues once again, which, at the end of the day, relate to the benefit of the people of Wales, as well as facilitating the process in due course.
