Good morning, and welcome to the Health and Social Care Committee today. I'm Peter Fox, the Chair, and we're joined today by colleagues Joyce Watson, Lesley Griffiths and John Griffiths, and we have apologies today from Mabon ap Gwynfor and James Evans. Welcome, Members. Are there any declarations you'd like to declare? No. Okay, no, that's great.
Okay, well, this is our—probably—last meeting of the Health and Social Care Committee. We have a little bit of work to do today in private session, but as a new Chair, I have to say how I have absolutely really enjoyed it and really enjoyed working with you all, and the clerking team and officials. It's been a wonderful experience, so can I put my thanks on record to you all as members of this committee, and those who have served before you, including past Chair Russell George as well? You've done some absolutely fantastic work, some absolutely important inquiries and have provided further inquiries and evidence hopefully that the next Senedd will take on board and improve the lives of so many people in Wales. So, a massive 'thank you' for everything you have done.
And can I also thank all of those people who have contributed to the various inquiries, all of those who've come in and shared everything with us, some in private and obviously in public inquiry sessions? We do thank you all for your contribution; without your contributions we cannot produce the recommendations and hopefully the policy changes that the country would need. So, a massive 'thank you'.
For those Members who might not be continuing in the next Senedd, a special 'thank you' to you, and I know my three colleagues here today, all of you are going to do other things, and I do absolutely wish you the very, very best. And from this committee, just thank you for your many, many years of service in public office. It's a fantastic example of what we should be as politicians, so a huge 'thank you'.
So, with that can I move us to item 2, and that's papers to note? Members, you will see there were papers on the first agenda and the supplementary agenda, there are papers to note. Is there anything anybody wants to raise at this point? Are you happy to note them? Okay, I take that as 'they are noted'. Thank you very much.
