Prynhawn da. Welcome to the Equality and Social Justice Committee meeting. This is a hybrid meeting, so some Members are here in person and others are joining us online. The meeting is being broadcast live on Senedd.tv, with simultaneous translation from Welsh to English. I've had no apologies for this afternoon's meeting, so all Members are present. Are there any declarations of interest that need to be declared? I see none.

Hoffwn i roi sylw ar bapur 2.5, yr ohebiaeth gan y Gweinidog Cyfiawnder Cymdeithasol at y Cadeirydd ynglŷn ag iteriad nesaf y rhaglen Cartrefi Cynnes. Dwi ddim yn meddwl bod anfon ateb y Gweinidog Newid Hinsawdd i gwestiwn ysgrifenedig gen i yn rhoi lot o eglurder i’r pwyllgor ynglŷn â’r hyn wnaeth y Cadeirydd ofyn yn ei llythyr hi. Felly, fe fyddwn i’n awgrymu efallai y dylai’r pwyllgor ysgrifennu at y Gweinidog Newid Hinsawdd, yn gofyn iddi hi roi mwy o eglurder inni ynglŷn â’r cwestiwn wnaethon ni ei holi yn ein llythyr ni.
I’d like to just draw attention to paper 2.5, the correspondence from the Minister for Social Justice regarding the next iteration of the Warm Homes programme. I don’t think that sending the answer from the Minister for Climate Change to a written question from me provides much clarity to the committee in terms of what the Chair asked in her letter. So, I would suggest, perhaps, that the committee should write to the Minister for Climate Change, asking her to provide more clarity on the question that we asked in our letter.
Okay. Are Members content? I think that would be a good idea, Sioned. So, we’ll write to the Minister for Climate Change to try and get some clarification on why there has been such a delay to the Warm Homes programme in its latest iteration. Thank you. Otherwise, if we can agree all the other correspondence.
