Cofnodir y trafodion yn yr iaith y llefarwyd hwy ynddi yn y pwyllgor. Yn ogystal, cynhwysir trawsgrifiad o’r cyfieithu ar y pryd. Lle mae cyfranwyr wedi darparu cywiriadau i’w tystiolaeth, nodir y rheini yn y trawsgrifiad.
The proceedings are reported in the language in which they were spoken in the committee. In addition, a transcription of the simultaneous interpretation is included. Where contributors have supplied corrections to their evidence, these are noted in the transcript.

The committee met by video-conference.
The meeting began at 11:16.
Good morning. Bore da. Croeso, bawb. Welcome, everybody, to this, the very first meeting of the sixth Senedd's Special Purpose Committee on Senedd Reform. I'm delighted that we're all here today; all members of the committee are here. You're very welcome indeed, and it's good to get under way with this important piece of work.
Just to let you all know, in accordance with Standing Order 34.19, I have determined as Chair that the public are excluded from attending this committee meeting in order to protect public health. But the public items of this meeting are being broadcast live on Senedd.tv, and all participants are joining by video-conference. The meeting is fully bilingual and simultaneous translation from Welsh to English is, of course, available, and we will be publishing a Record of Proceedings. Now, apart from all the procedural adaptations related to conducting business remotely, all the other Standing Order requirements that apply to this committee remain in place.
Now, we have no apologies this morning; all Members are present and correct and there are no substitutions. I just want to ask Members if we have any declarations of interest in this Special Purpose Committee on Senedd Reform. You do not have to declare, for obvious reasons, that you are a Member of the Senedd, but, otherwise, do you have any declarations of interest? No, we have none—none indicated. Okay, thank you very much.
Cynnig:
bod y pwyllgor yn penderfynu gwahardd y cyhoedd o weddill y cyfarfod yn unol â Rheol Sefydlog 17.42(ix).
Motion:
that the committee resolves to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting in accordance with Standing Order 17.42(ix).
Cynigiwyd y cynnig.
Motion moved.
In which case, and with my apologies to members of the public who might be tuning in to this, we have a lot of private business, first of all, to discuss amongst committee members in order to set out ways of working and so on. So, what we're going to do is, under Standing Order 17.42, I'm going to ask committee members if they're happy to resolve to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting. Are you happy to go into private? That's great; I can see that everybody is happy with that. So, in which case, we will now continue in private and I'll wait for our committee clerks to let us know that we're in private session.
Derbyniwyd y cynnig.
Daeth rhan gyhoeddus y cyfarfod i ben am 11:19.
Motion agreed.
The public part of the meeting ended at 11:19.
