Croeso, bawb, i gyfarfod cyntaf Pwyllgor Busnes y chweched Senedd, ac i gadarnhau ar y cychwyn fod tri Aelod wedi'u hethol i'r cyfarfod busnes: Lesley Griffiths, Darren Millar a Siân Gwenllian wedi eu hethol ddoe. Mae gan Jane Dodds hawl i fod yn bresennol yn unol â Rheol Sefydlog 11.5(iii). Mae'r Dirprwy Lywydd hefyd drwy wahoddiad a drwy arfer sefydledig yn mynychu cyfarfodydd y Pwyllgor Busnes, ond mae'r Dirprwy Lywydd wedi anfon ymddiheuriadau ei fod e'n methu cyrraedd cychwyn y pwyllgor ond o bosib y bydd e'n ymuno yn ystod yr awr. 

Welcome to this first meeting of the Business Committee of the sixth Senedd, and just to confirm at the outset that three Members have been elected to the Business Committee: Lesley Griffiths, Darren Millar and Siân Gwenllian were elected yesterday. Jane Dodds is entitled to attend in accordance with Standing Order 11.5(iii). The Deputy Presiding Officer has a standing invitation to attend, in line with the established practice of the Business Committee, but the Deputy Presiding Officer has sent his apologies that he can't be here for the beginning of the meeting but he may join us later.

bod y pwyllgor yn penderfynu gwahardd y cyhoedd o weddill y cyfarfod hwn ac unrhyw gyfarfodydd yn y dyfodol lle trafodir materion sy'n ymwneud â busnes mewnol y pwyllgor neu'r Senedd, yn unol â Rheol Sefydlog 17.42(ix).

Motion:

that the committee resolves to exclude the public from the remainder of this meeting and any future meetings where matters relating to the internal business of the committee or of the Senedd will be discussed, in accordance with Standing Order 17.42(ix).

Felly, yr eitem gyntaf, wedyn, sydd wedi ei nodi ar eich agenda chi yw i wahodd y rheolwyr busnes i gytuno i benderfynu cyfarfod yn breifat am weddill y cyfarfod yma ac unrhyw gyfarfodydd dilynol y mae'r pwyllgor yn eu hystyried yn angenrheidiol i drafod busnes mewnol y pwyllgor a'r Senedd yn unol â Rheol Sefydlog 17.42(ix). A oes unrhyw wrthwynebiad i hynny? Os na, felly, fe symudwn ni i sesiwn breifat o'r cyfarfod nawr, ac felly fe ddaw'r darlledu i ben am y cyfnod hynny. 

So, the next item on our agenda is to invite business managers to agree to meet in private for the remainder of this meeting and any future meetings that the committee deems necessary to discuss the internal business of the committee and the Senedd in accordance with Standing Order 17.42(ix). Does any Member object to that? If not, we will move to private session and the broadcast will come to an end.
